My career began in finance. Over more than a decade, I have worked across accounting, controllership, fractional CFO leadership, management accounting, FP&A, and business performance.
That experience taught me that the financial result is rarely isolated from the rest of the business. Client retention affects revenue quality. Employee capability affects delivery. Delivery affects margin. Margin affects profit. The numbers make the consequences visible.
